Who are the teachers that deserve our attention this year? Who can we learn from, and what can we learn? I wanted to speak at length with some of my favorite art teachers, and that is the premise behind this series. I will be interviewing 14 different art teachers from various grade levels–with each speaking about a variety of subjects–to bring you 14 for 2014.
One of the biggest benefits of Twitter is the interaction available to all of us as we come into contact with other teachers throughout the country. Sometimes, however, that 140-character limit just isn’t enough. I wanted to delve in to some topics a little more in-depth with teachers I respect and teachers I have learned from. We touch on various art topics such as the Process v. Product debate, personal artwork, classroom management, and avoiding burnout, plus a lot, lot more.
